Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Power] On September 6, 1987, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of eight months for larceny; two years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; two years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; two years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Cheongju District Court on December 11, 1991; one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes; three years for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Daejeon District Court on August 29, 2002; and three years for a suspended sentence of one year and six months for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (the suspended sentence on May 20, 2003; the period of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes from Daejeon District Court on December 16, 2004>
【Criminal Facts】
As above, the Defendant was sentenced to one year’s imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Daejeon District Court on March 28, 2013, and was sentenced to one year and six months’ imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny at the Daejeon District Court on April 29, 2015. On July 7, 2017, the Daejeon District Court was sentenced to one year and six months’ imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Larceny) at the Daejeon District Court on July 7, 2017, and was sentenced to one year and six months’ imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes;
1. On March 21, 2019: (a) opened and intruded into the entrance door of the C center at Sejong-si B center at Sejong-si on March 21, 2019; (b) with a mixture of mixturess and coffees equivalent to 20,000 won at the market price owned by the victim D, which was located in the kimchi air conditioning; and (c) steals them;
2. A senior citizen center entrance shall be opened at around 21:00 on March 11, 2019.
