Punishment of the crime

On July 18, 2013, at around 04:05, the Defendant driven a B rocketing car with a blood alcohol content of about 0.220% under the influence of alcohol on the front side of the 'Saun Elementary School located in the Sinpo-Eup in the Sinpo-si in Gwangju City from around 3km to the front road of the 'Mapo-ri' elementary school located in the Sinpo-si in the Sinpo-si in the Sinpo-si in Gwangju City.
