Punishment of the crime

On March 10, 2016, at around 22:28, the Defendant driven a B-pin car under the influence of alcohol leveling 0.087% from the 5km section from the front of the post office located in the East Sea of Gangwon-do to the front of the Daecheon-dong located in the same city.
