A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 3, 2018, the Defendant: (a) around 13:30 on May 3, 2018, the Defendant: (b) 2018, the victim C (the 54 years old) was going up on the paths of the Geumsan reservoir located in Geumsan-ro 218, Geumsan-ro, Geumsan-ro; (c) and (d) 4 times the victim’s shareed with approximately KRW 600,00,00 of the market price of the victim, who was in the said handed on this hand, got off one of the 8 portable telephone lines, and got off the 500,000 won of the market price of the victim.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property and assaulted the victim.

2. On May 3, 2018, at around 13:32, the Defendant: (a) told the victim D (58:3) who was going up with the said two-way paths without a clear reason at the location described in paragraph (1) at around 13:32, 2018; (b) told the victim D (58:3); (c) when passing back to one time, the victim’s back to one time; and (d) when the market price of the victim who was suffering from the victim’s item of the victim, was 150,000 won.

Accordingly, the defendant damaged the victim's property and assaulted the victim.

3. On May 3, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim E (53 years old) who was witnessing the assault described in paragraph 2 at the place described in paragraph 1 at around 13:35 on May 3, 2018 without a clear reason, and was living together with the victim E (53 years old) on one occasion after the victim’s left blue blue in one way.

4. On May 3, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the Victim F with the victim F at around 13:45 on May 3, 2018, the Defendant told the Victim F (52 years of age) of “F as soon as possible,” and assaulted the Victim F (52 years of age) at three times by drinking when the victim’s face and head are taken three times.
