A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years and by a fine of ten thousand won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 1, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was employed by the victim C, who was in the Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, for an indefinite contract worker; and (b) was employed from September 21, 2018 in the management ledger that is in charge of general affairs, personnel affairs, finance, facilities, and contracting affairs of C; and (c) was engaged in C’s operating expenses management, budget expenditure, and accounting affairs.

Around October 25, 2018, the Defendant, at the office of the management support division, comprehensively linked the management process, such as the “ERP resources management, production, logistics, and accounting,” which is a program used by the Defendant to use for budgetary expenditure, etc. In the office of the management support division, the Defendant: (a) transferred KRW 1,950,00 to the Defendant’s name bank account (F) in the name of the Defendant in the name of C Bank (E) where the Defendant was in his/her business; (b) transferred the same on the same day to the Defendant’s account (H), “I” to the G Bank account in the name of the Defendant, “I,” and “I” to the G Bank account in the name of J (K) that used for deposit account in the illegal Internet gambling site; and (c) voluntarily consumed KRW 1,950,00 as the total amount of money for gambling on the Internet from 30 days to 40 days to 30 days to 40 days from 20 days from 2018.

2. Around July 6, 2018, the Defendant had access to “LM”, an illegal Internet gambling site, using his/her mobile phone at the C-Management Support Office Office as indicated in paragraph (1) around July 6, 201, and used it at the Do bank account in the name of the Defendant as indicated in paragraph (1) at the above gambling site.
