A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On January 13, 2015, around 09:10, the Defendant committed a crime against the victim C with a view to committing an indecent act against the victim C (the age of 15) by reporting the victim C (the age of 15) walking along the way to walk around the Emiddle School located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, and allowing the victim to talk with the Defendant’s resistance.

The defendant concealed the above circumstances and asked that the victim “after and after,” and asked that the victim was able to take care of the victim, and the victim was her in the underground stairs of the building with the mutual influence in the vicinity of the above Emiddle School.

2. On January 13, 2015, around 09:20 on January 13, 2015, the Defendant: (a) reported the victim F (14 years of age) who walked in the way to walk around G neighboring the E-middle School located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do; and (b) had the victim take the victim into a rare place; (c) had the victim take the victim with his personal information, and had the victim take the part in the Defendant’s resistance, thereby having the victim commit an indecent act.

The Defendant concealed the above circumstances by the victim, and the Defendant asked that “I am dead, but I am able to bring the victim to a place where there is an influent building in the vicinity of the said G.”

The defendant means that the victim who is frighten by the defendant is "at the latest at school", and the victim intends to flee, and the victim shall take his/her hand.
