Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[criminal power] On October 26, 2004, Defendant A sentenced two years of suspended sentence to one year of imprisonment with prison labor for special larceny, etc. at Daejeon District Court on December 3, 2008, and one year of imprisonment with prison labor for night intrusion and larceny at the Jeonju District Court on December 3, 2008. The execution of the sentence was terminated on August 14, 2009, on October 22, 2009.

1. At around 02:30 on April 22, 2013, the Defendants entered the second floor B office of the victim limited liability company G located in the same Eup through the entrance door, and stolen it with two computer hard disks in an amount equivalent to one million won at the market price owned by the victim, which was located there, in cash, at the same time.
3. At around 05:20 on April 23, 2013, the Defendants were kept in a place by inserting the passbook in the name of H, which was stolen, into the Y No. 246-14, the Defendant, as seen above, in a cash withdrawal machine for the "365 automated copic" managed by the Defendant, and inputting the passwords entered in the passbook.
