Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant without obtaining a driver’s license, and around 04:00 on May 15, 2012, the Defendant driven 4 km from the upper 670-1 of the Bupyeong-gu, Jinyang-si to the upper 506-14 of the Jinyang-si, Jinyang-si, the Defendant driven 4 km of the 506-14 km car on his own.

2. On September 15, 2012, around 04:40 on September 15, 2012, the Defendant stolen 34 (400 x 1200) and 8 (600 x 1200) the sum of 80,000 construction material pumps owned by the victim C at the construction site in Jinyang-si, Jin-si, Jinyang-si, Jin-si, Seoul, by carrying 42 on the vehicle.
