A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】
On August 2, 2016, at around 23:00, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle with blood alcohol content of at least 0.063% while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver's license in the section of approximately 3 kilometers from the calculated Dong-dong Lart parking lot located in the Seodaemun-gu, Ulsan-gun, Ulsan-do, Ulsan-do to the sub-section of the same military.
Accordingly, the defendant, who has the power of violating the Road Traffic Act at least twice, was driving a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver's license.
