1. The Defendant’s KRW 40,000,000 as well as its annual 20% from November 22, 2007 to September 30, 2015 to the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: To be as specified in attached Form 1;
2. Judgment by public notice (Article 208 (3) 3 of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (Damages for Delay) (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015); and the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the former Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015; 20% per annum as to the period from November 22, 2007 to September 30, 2015; and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum as stipulated under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for the period from the following day to the date of full payment; and the remainder shall be dismissed.
