Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On August 11, 2014, the Defendant sentenced the Daejeon District Court to one year for the obstruction of performance of official duties, etc., and completed the execution of the sentence in the Daejeon Prison on July 3, 2015.

Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.
On March 30, 2019, the Defendant: (a) around 22:50 on March 30, 2019, the victim J (the age of 61) was running in a taxi (K) operated by the victim J (the age of 61) who was proceeding with the I road located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and (b) the victim was able to see the victim’s snow part of the victim’s eye on the ground that the victim was involved in the conversation.
Accordingly, the Defendant assaulted the driver of a vehicle in operation.
