Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, while working as an insurance solicitor of a stock company B, has become economically difficult and economically difficult, had the victim C and C, who is the dynamics of the customer, paid a large amount of profit to make an investment in the bond business, casino business, etc., and had the victim C and C known to the customer.
1. The Defendant received KRW 19.3 million from the victim’s bank account in the name of the Defendant from the victim on the same day, from September 12, 2014, a total of KRW 16.6 million from the victim on six occasions, as shown in attached Table 1, from September 12, 2014.
Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.
2. On April 29, 2013, the Defendant’s fraud against the victim D may bring a high profit on the part of the victim in a car page near the B office where the Defendant in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government was working.
If you receive money from B, they will invest the money in the bond business to reduce the principal and interest of 15% per annum.
