Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, it is against Defendant B for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A was sentenced to three years of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. at the Incheon District Court on May 2, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence at the Seoul Southern Prison on March 13, 2015.

Defendants are the workers living together.

On March 10, 2018, at around 00:20, the Defendants discovered three balls and approximately 80 vacant bottles equivalent to the total market price of 50,000 won, which the victim F left front of the Seoul Southern-gu Incheon Metropolitan City D, and subsequently stolen them jointly.

2. "2018 Highest 3322".

A. From March 1, 2018, around 00:30 on March 1, 2018, the Defendants discovered boxes containing an empty disease accumulated by the victim F, which is operated by the victim F, in order to return to the liquor company, and brought three plastic boxes containing a total of 21,00 won of the market price of the victim owned by the victim. In addition, from March 1, 2018 to March 25, 2018, the Defendants jointly stolen the victims’ property by the aforementioned methods 10 times as shown in the attached list of crimes.

Defendant 1 did not take necessary procedures such as returning the above acquired property to the victim, but did so.

Accordingly, the defendant embezzled the property that has been separated from the possession of the victim.

2) On March 21, 2018, the Defendant violated the Act on Financial Business Specializing in Fraud and Credit Business: (a) from around 04:03 to around 04:07 of the same day, purchased tobacco, fruits, etc. four times from the J convenience store operated by the victim I located in Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Nam-gu to the employees of the above convenience store as he was the lawful holder.
