A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Criminal facts
1. The Defendant, in relation to C, agreed to engage in the commercial sex acts through the car page called “D and E” between C and the Internet NAB site, sought a female to engage in commercial sex acts, and stayed in the studio leased by the Defendants. The Defendant sought a male to purchase sex through the above D and E site, and recruited to have the female to engage in commercial sex acts.
From April 22, 2013 to May 15, 2013, the Defendant: (a) leased the fudio 301 in Y-gu in the Jeoncheon-gu in the Jeonsi-si; (b) Y-gu in the Jeonsi-si in the Jeonsi-si; (c) and (d) left the hud room 202 room in the Jeonsi-gu in the Jeonsi-si; and (b) left the Internet NAB-dong with the women to engage in commercial sex acts, including I. “D and E, received 130,000 won as the price for commercial sex acts, and paid 90,000 won out of the amount received as the price for commercial sex acts, and (c) paid 40,000 won as the price for commercial sex acts, and operated commercial sex acts, such as arranging commercial sex acts.
2. On April 2013, from around September 16, 2013 to around September 16, 2013, the Defendant independently committed the following acts of arranging sexual traffic: (a) sought male members to engage in sexual traffic against the Internet portal site 'E' carpets; (b) received KRW 1.40,00 won in return for virtual commercial sex acts; and (c) received KRW 1.40,00 won in return for virtual commercial sex acts; and (d) received KRW 40,00 from the J in return for the said commercial sex acts; and (c) received KRW 40,00 from the payment to the J in return for the said commercial sex acts.
