1. The Defendant’s KRW 50,450,00 and the Plaintiff’s annual rate of KRW 5% from December 19, 2013 to August 19, 2014.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. From December 9, 2005 to August 9, 2007, the Plaintiff organized and operated the 50 million won number system (hereinafter “the nine-day system”) in which 20,000 won per month of the deposit amount (3.2.5 million won per month after receipt of the deposit amount) was paid in 20 times, and from February 19, 2006 to October 19, 2007, the 2.5 million won per month of the deposit amount (3.25 million won per month after receipt of the deposit amount) from February 9, 2006 to October 25, 207.

B. The defendant joined four units in the nine-day boundary, and received each amount of money corresponding to the old unit on January 9, 2006, the old unit on February 9, 2006, and the old unit on February 9, 2007 from the plaintiff. The defendant joined three units in the 19-day boundary, and received each unit of money from the plaintiff on April 19, 2006, the old unit of November 19, 2006, and the old unit of November 21, 2006.
