A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2008, the Defendant was issued a summary order of KRW 1 million for a crime of violating road traffic law (drinking driving) in the Changwon District Court's Jinju branch on August 25, 2008, and on August 18, 2009, issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million for the same crime by the same court on August 18, 2009, and there was a total of four-time criminal records.

On September 28, 2017, the Defendant driven a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol not less than twice as above, and driven a C Poter under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.084% at the 200-meter radius from the Do in front of the Dog-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-ri-si.
