Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 15, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 23:30 on March 15, 2020, while drinking alcohol at the main point of “D” operated by the Victim C (Y, 55 years old) located in B and 1 story, the Defendant demanded that E work as an employee “I will first go to the President because the damaged person would have to have his/her president, because he/she would have to do so; (b) he/she prevented the damaged person from getting in his/her house; (c) he/she collected an empty beer, which is a dangerous object in his/her table, from the victim; and (d) had another empty bed with the victim, and assaulted the victim in line with his/her left part of the victim’s arms.
