A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) committed an intrusion upon the victim’s residence, and attempted to steal the victim’s property over 11 times in total by the following methods: (b) around July 11, 2015, the Defendant: (c) opened an open door through the open gate; and (d) opened the door to locate the house; and (c) opened the door to find the stolens; and (d) did not find any stolens due to the failure to discover cash, etc.; (c) thereby, the Defendant attempted to intrude the victim’s residence over 11 times in total; and (d) attempted to steal the victim’s property over a total of eight times in total.

2. On June 1, 2015, at around 18:30 on June 1, 2015, the Defendant: (a) went into the house of the Victim F in Kimhae-si; (b) opened a marogate, opened a window that is not corrected behind the house; and (c) deducted 30,000 won of cash, which is the victim’s possession, displayed on the inside and outside of the house; and (d) stolen the victim’s residence, from that time, until July 6, 2015, the Defendant invadedd the victim’s residence six times in total, and stolen the property equivalent to KRW 1.39,90,00,000, in total, by means as described in the attached list 2.

3. At night, at around 21:00 as of May 2015, the Defendant: (a) divided the Victim H’s house located in G in G, Kimhae-si, and confirmed that there is no person inside the house; (b) opened a window outside the wall and opened a house without correction in front of the entrance; (c) opened a flab in the entrance; (d) opened a flab in the front door at the entrance; and (e) stolen a 400,000 won in cash, the victim’s ownership, and a 1.50,000 won in market price, the victim’s ownership, located in the cremation of the cremation; and (e) stolen it.

4. On July 11, 2015, the Defendant who destroyed and damaged property, listens to and takes place in the body of the Victim J, located in Kimhae-si, Kim Jong-si, while searching for stolen objects.
