A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

Although the Defendant is prohibited from handling legal affairs in return for receiving or promising to receive money, valuables, entertainment or other benefits, because he/she is not an attorney-at-law as the head of the office of the Da Hospital located in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, the Defendant knew on December 2, 2012 that the Defendant did not receive the amount equivalent to KRW 605,565,00,00 which the victim invested in G, from the home of the victim F, Dobong-gu, Seoul, 103 30 dong and 303, and entrusted the Defendant with the authority to collect the victim’s claim against G, by stating that he/she would collect the above amount of investment to the effect that he/she would receive criminal agreement by filing a complaint with the victim for a crime of evasion of compulsory execution and receiving criminal agreement in cash, and received the same amount of KRW 23,100,000 in return for handling criminal cases and agreement with the victim, and received KRW 30,200,000 on December 21, 2012>
