1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

On December 3, 1973, the Plaintiff purchased 17.8/450 shares from F among the 5 forest report of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul E-1 Group of Forest Land (hereinafter “the instant forest”). G, the husband of the Plaintiff, purchased 39/450 shares and 13.18/40 shares of the said forest on October 10, 1969 and completed the registration of transfer of shares around that time.

The Plaintiff and G’s co-ownership share in the forest in this case was changed to the ownership of the land in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government HJ large 51.2 square meters (hereinafter “H site in this case”), and in the case of G, the ownership of the land in I large 107.1 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) was changed to the ownership of the land in this case by taking a disposition of replotting under the Land Readjustment and Rearrangement Project Act of June 19, 1986.

On the other hand, on April 10, 1975, G newly constructed, on the instant land, cement cement gate, branch roof house, and 42.58 square meters (hereinafter “the instant existing building”), and on the 16th of the same month, G made a registration of preservation of ownership on the instant existing building, and on the 19th of the same month, G did not complete registration by extending the 93.9 square meters store for the first floor, 93.9 square meters and 110.34 square meters for the second floor (hereinafter “the instant extension”), which were constructed with cement brick brick structure and roof of the instant existing building without permission, by adding the instant extension portion to the existing building on February 15, 1986, the registration of alteration of real estate indication, such as the instant building (hereinafter “the instant building”).

In addition, the instant building is constructed on the surface of the instant H site adjacent to the instant building site. Of the first floor of the instant building, the number of floors indicated in the Map Nos. 2, 7, 9, 14, 3, 15, 16, 17, 12, 8, 5, 6, and 2 are connected in order to each point of the attached Table Nos. 1, 2, 3, 4, 12, 10, 11, 8, 9, 6, 6, and 17, 12, 8, 5, 6, and 2 among the two floors of the instant building, including the size No. 1, 2, 3, 4, 12, 10, 11, 8, 9, 6, and 1.
