Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

Any person who intends to extend a building floor area of not more than 85 square meters in total shall report to the competent authority in advance.

Nevertheless, on February 2020, the Defendant did not report to the competent authority and extended the floor size of 23.24 square meters on the building owned by the Defendant in the Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do.
