A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to two years of imprisonment for a crime of fraud at the Seoul Central District Court, and the said judgment was finalized on February 28, 2014. On March 13, 2019, the Defendant was sentenced to six months of imprisonment for a special injury by the Seoul Southern District Court, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on August 23, 2019.

On January 2010, when the Defendant became aware of the fact that at least 300 million won was damaged as a person of bad credit standing and was economically difficult, the Defendant was aware of the victim B, who was aware of the fact that he was working as a professor at D, and that he was not aware of whether he was working as a professor at D, and whether he was able to contribute to the university when he was paid a contribution, and once he was informed of the fact that he would request the above E to contribute to the above university and deliver the money to E by deceiving the victim as if he would contribute to the above C and transfer it to the said university, and that part of the money was paid to E and used for personal purposes such as living expenses.

Meanwhile, at that time, E was requested by the Defendant to contribute to the university of the victim C as above, and there was no pet who actually serves as a professor to contribute to the university. As such, E had no ability to contribute to and enter the university. As such, as can be seen as possible to contribute, he was willing to deceiving the victim through the Defendant, etc. and to obtain money from the victim in terms of the above C’s contribution admission expenses.

The Defendant, around January 2010, in a restaurant where it is difficult to know the trade name in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul, “E is working as a professor for dance of Daehan and is in charge of the affairs related to admission at the F University. If 100 million won is paid to a school, I may donate R&C to F University management department.”
