A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Dangerous Driving) is a person engaged in driving a B low-speed car;

On March 19, 2016, the Defendant driven the said car under the influence of 0.211% of alcohol concentration in blood on March 19, 2016, and driven the said car at a speed that would not be known by one lane in the direction of the peace forum in which it is impossible to see the three-lane road in front of the Driju station in Fapo City C.

At the time, there is an intersection where signal lights are installed at night and at the front, so in such a case, a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle has a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by properly operating the steering direction and brake system, and driving the motor vehicle safely.

Nevertheless, under the influence of alcohol, the Defendant neglected to do so and failed to properly operate the steering direction and operation system, and was driven by the victim E (the age of 39) who stops in the same lane from the front side of the same lane in the traffic signal atmosphere, and received a part of the driver's length in front of the above high-speed car.

Ultimately, the Defendant driven the said car in a situation where normal driving is difficult due to influence of drinking, and suffered injury to the victim E, such as brain scare, knee, knee, knee, knee, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks, and suffered injury to the victim G (Veeeeeeeee, knee, knee, knee, knee, kne, fe, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks to the victim H (age 51).

2. On March 19, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving) at around 22:40 on March 19, 2016, the Defendant is under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol content of about 0.211% at the section of approximately 1.5km from the front of the Peace Square located down at the lower time to the front of the D stations located in C at the same time.
