1. Fraud;
A. On February 3, 2018, at around 21:00, the Defendant: (a) had the victim C’s “D” drinking house operated by Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Incheon; (b) had no intent or ability to pay money; (c) had deceiving the victim by driving as if he would pay the value of food; and (d) ordered food, etc.; and (c) had the victim received delivery of the total amount of KRW 74,00,000 from the victims.
B. On February 4, 2018, at around 01:00, the Defendant: (a) had the victim take a taxi operating in Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; (b) had the victim operate the G hospital located in the F of Yeonsu-gu, Incheon; and (c) had the victim do so as to pay the taxi fee; and (d) had the victim do so without paying KRW 7,500,00, the Defendant acquired economic benefits equivalent to the same amount.
2. Violence;
A. On February 20, 2018, around 01:20, the Defendant committed assault against the victim by keeping the victim’s neck in a knife with knife with knife and knife with knife with knife with knife and knife with knife with knife with knife and knife with knife with knife with knife.
B. On March 3, 2018, around 02:50 on March 3, 2018, the Defendant committed assault against the victim by spiting spiting the victim’s chest with the victim’s K and fare in front of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City H apartment I, which is a taxi engineer.
