1. The Defendants jointly share the Plaintiff Incorporated Incorporated Company A with KRW 1,00,000, and KRW 2,000,000 to Plaintiff B.

1. Basic facts

A. Plaintiff A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Plaintiff Co., Ltd.”) is a corporation established for the purpose of producing environment-friendly agricultural products, leasing and selling agricultural products on consignment, seed production and breeding industry, joint shipping, processing, distributing, transporting and selling agricultural products, etc. Plaintiff B is the representative director of the Plaintiff Co., Ltd., and Plaintiff C is the internal director of the Plaintiff Co., Ltd. as the husband of the Plaintiff Co., Ltd.

B. Defendant D (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) is a newspaper company established for the purpose of publishing and selling local newspapers and publishing online newspapers (G) under the title “F,” and Defendant E is an editor of “F.”

C. On March 18, 2016, Defendant E published the same article as indicated in attached Table 1 (hereinafter “instant article 1”) in the said “F” as H on March 18, 2016, and the same article as indicated in attached Table 2 (hereinafter “instant article 2”).

In addition, on March 25, 2016, Defendant E published the same private theory as indicated in attached Table 3 (hereinafter “instant private theory”) in the said “F” as J’s title.

2. Summary of the plaintiff's assertion

A. Among the article 1 of this case, the part that ① became known that K tax evasion case exceeded 10 billion won, ② the Daejeon Regional Tax Office seized the entire property of L Representative (10 billion won at market price), ③ the part that attached two offices of M companies run by L Representative, ④ the part that the prosecution conducted the investigation, known that the budget for the Support Project was established in 2016, and that the local government and relevant public officials, the local community, ⑤ the part that introduced K to K directly going to rural street for 10 days, ⑤ the part that introduced K to the Korean Venture Agricultural Corporation for 2 days of N to the local community, and (6) the part that introduced K to the Korean Venture Agricultural Corporation.
