1. The Defendant’s payment of KRW 9.6 million to Plaintiff A, Plaintiff B, C, and D respectively, and each of the said amounts from January 23, 2016.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. At around 09:35 on January 22, 2016, G with article G belonging to F Co., Ltd.: (a) driven a H bus owned by the said company and driven the front part of the said bus that was stopped on the said road by the J (hereinafter “Plaintiff”) with the rear part of the said bus at the right side of the said bus while driving on the road.

The Deceased, due to the instant accident, sustained injuries requiring stability and transitional observation for two weeks, such as “infections and tensions of drilling and tensions,” and hospitalized in the Sung-nam-si L Council Members (hereinafter “instant Council Members”) located in Seongbuk-gu, Sungnam-gu.
C. On January 23, 2016, the Deceased was used in a corridor around 21:07 on the same day as he/she gets out of a ward room and a toilet in the ward room of the instant Council member who was hospitalized at night.
Accordingly, at around 21:18:36 on the same day, another patient hospitalized in the instant clinic was reported to the 21:59 on the same day, and at around 21:54, the rescue team member arrived at the instant clinic and took emergency measures against the deceased, and transferred the deceased to the N Hospital on or around 21:54 on the same day. However, at around 22:02 on the same day, the deceased was already dead due to heart suspension and respiratory suspension.
(A) The body autopsy No. 6 states "the date of death on January 23, 2016" as "the date of death, but is stated as "the date of outbreak on January 23, 2016: 22:18 of the date of outbreak on January 23, 2016." The body autopsy No. 6 states "the time of outbreak on January 23, 2016. The body autopsy No. 22:03 states that "the time of death shall be the time of arrival in an emergency room" and the time of arrival in an N Hospital stated as "the time of arrival in an emergency medical certificate No. 10" is deemed the time of arrival in the body autopsy No. 10.
Plaintiff
A The deceased's spouse, the plaintiff B, C, and D are the children of the deceased, and the defendant is the president who operates the council member of this case.
