Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person engaging in driving a C-high speed bus.

Around 08:00 on April 19, 2014, the Defendant driven the above bus and moved to the right of way in four-lanes from the beginning side of Dongcheon-dong to the oil station of Mancheon-gu, Dongcheon-dong.
