Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant is the captain of a fishing vessel B (62 ton) with low loading capacity, who is engaged in operating of the said vessel.
On September 22, 2016, the Defendant was operating the said vessel on the sea of approximately seven (7) days on September 10, 2016, when he/she was on board at the Dobong-dong fishery harbor complex at the time of leisure water, with eight seafarers, etc. on board, and around September 10, 2016, on September 10, 2016.
