Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 21, 2017, around 19:50, the Defendant came in front of the first floor open toilets of the 1st floor underground of the window of Changwon-si, Changwon-si, and entered as a result of D (hereinafter referred to as 45 years old) by reporting that he was entering the said female toilet, and then reported melting in the first side column where D is not a corrective device. While attempting to open a door, D attempted to open a door, and went back to the lower part of the entrance, thereby leaving the door.

Accordingly, the defendant intruded on the building managed by others.
