Defendant shall be punished by a fine not exceeding 2.5 million won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one million won shall be the one day.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 15:32 on May 2, 2018, the Defendant: (a) driven a Malaysia car and driven along the two-lanes of Korean Ambassador distance from the street off to the Han Ambassador distance off; (b) while driving a three-lane for the victim E(46 years old) driving a three-lane in front of the D Elementary School located in Jeju City, on the same side; (c) obstructed the above bus from the above car to the street on the ground that the victim E(46 years old) driving a three-lane road in front of the said car in Jeju city moved in the front of the said car; and (d) cut off the above bus from the above car to the window of the said bus driver’s seat, the Defendant assaulted the victim by taking the part of the victim’s inside the bus with his hands one time in front of the window, and by taking the front part of the victim’s seat seat sitting inside the bus through the open bus entrance.

2. At the time and place specified in Paragraph 1, the Defendant interfered with the business, on the ground that the above bus operated by the victim was set in front of the above vehicle operated by the Defendant, obstructed the victim’s bus operation by force by blocking the front of the above bus with the above vehicle, and obstructing the victim’s bus operation by force by: “I do not have to move, spack, spack, spack, spack, spack, etc.” and assaulting the victim two times as described in Paragraph 1.
