Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall convert a mountainous district without paying expenses incurred in creating forest replacement resources on condition that expenses incurred in creating forest replacement resources are paid.

Nevertheless, even if the Defendant obtained permission for conversion of a forest in his/her own forest located in the Chungcheong-gun C on the condition that he/she would pay KRW 5,585,920 from the office of Macheon-gun by October 30, 201, the Defendant conducted conversion of a mountainous district by damaging a forest of approximately KRW 1,075 square meters without paying the said expenses for forest replacement resources in the said forest from September 26, 201 to October 2, 2011.
