A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On December 12, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of 8 months of imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in the main branch of the Chuncheon District Court on December 12, 2012, and the judgment became final and conclusive on December 21, 2012.
1. Violation of the Aggravated Punishment Act;
A. On March 8, 2013, around 02:28, the Defendant opened a milch with 200,000 won in cash owned by the victim E, which was in possession of 2 crypted by the victim E, in the vicinity of the D consortium in Suwon-si, Suwon-si.
B. From March 8, 2013, around 23:00 on March 8, 2013, the Defendant opened a milch with a “bru” term “bru” in which he was in possession of one drinking-water plate installed by G from the victim G before the F stores in the above D, and collected approximately KRW 86,000 in cash owned by the victim in the above brug.
C.
