A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 18:00 on August 12, 2020, the Defendant, at Jongno-gu Seoul, assaulted the victim C (n, 21 years of age) that passed, and without any reason, the Defendant, who was in danger of containing the knife, doerer C, and the knife (aro, approximately 48 cm, about 67 cm, about 1.7 km in weight, about 1.7 km in size) on the left side of the victim.

2. An special injury:

A. At around 18:03 on the same day, the Defendant discovered the victim D (at 22 years of age) who passed the above 83 street in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul, and laid down the boom, which is a dangerous object as set forth in paragraph 1, toward the left shoulder of the victim without any reason, and laid down the brug, which is a dangerous object in possession of the victim as set forth in paragraph 1, with the victim’s left shoulder, and put the victim a brupted top of the left shoulder, which requires approximately two weeks of medical treatment.

B. At around 18:05 on the same day, the Defendant discovered the victim E (E, 21 years of age) of Japanese nationality that had been located in Jongno-gu Seoul, Jongno-gu, Seoul (18:05), and left the victim’s face without any justifiable reason, and caused the victim to wear up approximately 1% of the remaining side of the treatment days after returning to the right side of the treatment days.
