A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 00:40 on October 12, 2019, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s main business by force by having the victim’s 40 minutes of disturbance, including “oman, spawn, spawn, spawn,” and “D” operated by the victim C (the 61-year-old-old-old-year-old-old-year-old-old-year-old-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-year-old-old-old-year-old-old-year-old-old-old-old-old-old-her-

On October 12, 2019, the Defendant: (a) at around 01:23 on October 12, 2019, the Defendant 112 reported and sent out on the same ground as paragraph (1) within the public entertainment bar as indicated in paragraph (1); (b) expressed the Defendant’s shoulder that he was seated with his head on the table, “Ienpo Police Station E District F (38 years of age).” The Defendant shicked the Defendant, “Ieman’s head on the day he off, cut off, cut off, cut off, and cut off”; and (c) was urged to go home from F on the road outside of the public entertainment bar; and (d) continued to take time for having been urged by F to go home from F, etc., and interfere with the police officer’s legitimate performance of duties concerning the police officer’s report by assaulting the police officer’s chest part on one time in front of the patrol; and (e) obstructing the police officer’s movement.
