Reasons
Punishment of the crime
[Criminal Justice] On March 11, 2010, Defendant A was sentenced to two years and six months of imprisonment for special larceny, etc. at the Daegu High Court on August 8, 201, and six months of imprisonment for larceny, etc. at the Daegu District Court on August 8, 2014. On June 16, 2017, Defendant A was sentenced to eight months of imprisonment for habitual larceny and completed the execution of the sentence on November 17, 2017.

1. Defendant A
A. At around 04:52 on February 2, 2019, the Defendant: (a) opened a door that was parked on the road “D” in front of the “D” in Jeju Island; and (b) was trying to steal the cash, etc. owned by the victim F, which was kept in the contact bed of the said taxi; (c) was discovered to the victim in the nearby area; (d) was parked on the said taxi, the Defendant was trying to get in and escape from the seat of the said passenger vehicle GK5, which was parked on the front of the said taxi; and (d) committed assault by taking the victim over at least 5 meters in the front of the vehicle in order to evade the arrest of the victim.
B. On February 2, 2019, from around 03:00 to around 05:00 of the same day, the Defendant started from the I-Dong parking lot of the H building in Jeju, and operated GK5 automobiles without obtaining a driver’s license in approximately 15km section to the I-Dong of the H building in Jeju City.
2. On February 12, 2019, when the Defendants offered to steal money and valuables from the unclaimed vehicle and driven by Defendant B along the N-cracked vehicle along the road along which vehicles are parked on the road side, the Defendants discovered a victim PP’s Quicker car that was parked on the road prior to theO on February 12, 2019.
