Punishment of the crime

[Criminal Power] On September 16, 2015, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 7 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) at the Seocheon Branch of the Daejeon District Court on September 16, 2015, and on October 4, 2018, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) or a violation of the Road Traffic Act (licensed Driving). On October 12, 2018, the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 12, 2018. On March 28, 2019, the same court was sentenced to a suspended sentence of ten months for a violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury) or two years for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (Free Driver) or for a violation of Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act (Free Driver).

【Criminal Facts】

1. The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving a rocketing car in violation of the Road Traffic Act, the Road Traffic Act, and the Act on Special Cases concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents (Bodily Injury).

At around 07:00 on March 16, 2019, the Defendant: (a) from the K K’s frequency parking lot located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government to the Western Han River located in Mapo-gu, Seoul, the Defendant was driving the D rocketing car with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.102% under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license; (b) while driving the said west Road along the northwest along the three-lane distance from the southwest.
