A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than three months.

Of the facts charged of this case, the prosecution against each of the assaults is dismissed.

Punishment of the crime

On December 7, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, Etc., and completed the execution of the sentence on January 8, 201.
