1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of two years and a fine of six million won;

2. The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates the “E” in Cheongju-si D and 202, and F is a person who has worked in the said “E” as an employee.

Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant is not a doctor, from November 28, 2005 to September 14, 2015, from the above “E” to around September 2014, 2015, the Defendant: (a) 3,089 times, as indicated in the list of crimes in the attached Table, sent the eyebrow door, etc. to customers over 3,089; (b) laid the eyebrow door on the eye of the eyebrow; (c) sent the 711,543,53 won in total, and (d) helps the Defendant to conduct cleaning from the beginning of December 28, 2013 to the day of September 14, 2015, while having the Defendant run an activity, such as telephone, coffee, and so on, the Defendant talked with the eye, etc. as described in the attached list of crimes.

Accordingly, the defendant was engaged in medical practice in collusion with F for profit.
