The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On June 16, 2015, at the “C” workplace located in Pakistan-si B around 09:20 on June 16, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim by knife the victim’s side knife part of the victim’s body and leading the victim for work, on the ground that the victim D (31) who is an employee of the said company was negligent in performing work.

2. The facts charged of the instant case are crimes falling under Article 260(1) of the Criminal Act, and cannot be prosecuted against the express will of the victim under Article 260(3) of the Criminal Act.

According to the records, the victim prepared a written agreement including the intention not to punish the defendant, after the prosecution of this case was instituted, and since the above written agreement was submitted to this court, the prosecution of this case is dismissed pursuant to Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.

It is so decided as per Disposition for the above reasons.
