All appeals are dismissed.
Reasons
The grounds of appeal are examined.
The judgment below
Examining the reasoning in light of the records, it is justifiable for the court below to reverse the judgment of the first instance that found the Defendants guilty on the facts charged of this case on the grounds that there is no proof of crime, and to render the Defendants not guilty.
Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there is no error of law by misapprehending the legal principles on “prohibited act in a harbor” under Article 97 subparag. 3 of the Harbor Act.
Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
