The defendant shall be innocent.

1. On November 17, 2002, around 17:59, around 20:17 on November 26, 200, and around 16:04 on December 26 of the same year, the penal provisions applicable to the summary order subject to review on December 26, 2004, which are applicable to the summary order subject to review, lose retroactive effect in accordance with the Constitutional Court’s decision of unconstitutionality, and thus, the Defendant is acquitted under the former part of Article 325 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
