1. As to the Plaintiff’s share of 2/195, Defendant C, D, E, F, G, H, with respect to the real estate listed in Appendix 1 List 1.

Basic Facts

A. In the registry of the real estate listed in [Attachment 1] List 1 (hereinafter “real estate 1 of this case”), it is written that J, K, and L acquire the ownership of one third share due to sale on May 6, 1971.

In the registry of the real estate listed in the attached Table 1 List 2 (hereinafter “instant real estate”), and the registry of each real estate listed in the attached Table 1 (hereinafter “each of the instant real estate”), K shall be recorded as having acquired ownership on April 25, 1985 due to sale.

B. The J died on January 12, 1998, and the shares of inheritance among the co-inheritors of the J are as shown in the 1st inheritance account sheet in attached Form 2.

C. K died on December 16, 2008, and the shares of inheritance among the co-inheritors are as shown in the 2nd inheritance account table at present.

[Ground for recognition: Defendant C, D, E, F, G, H, and I (hereinafter “Defendant C, etc.”) were the Plaintiff’s ownership of each of the instant real estate, and the Plaintiff is the Defendant’s ownership of the Plaintiff, and the Plaintiff is the Defendant’s share of 1/3 of each of the instant real estate to J, L, and K, and K, and the title trust of 2 of the instant real estate to K, respectively.

On January 2, 2015, the Plaintiff decided to terminate the title trust of each of the instant real estate through a resolution of the special general meeting and to complete the registration of ownership transfer in the future of the Plaintiff.

3) The Defendants are those who succeed to shares in each of the instant real estate from J and K, and the Plaintiff became the title trustee’s status as to each of the instant real estate between the Plaintiff and K. 4) The Plaintiff terminated the title trust with the Defendants by serving the duplicate of the instant complaint.
