Punishment of the crime

On May 11, 2016, the Defendant driven a B-type passenger car from around 800 meters away from the front road of the Jeju Used Motor Vehicle Trading Complex, which is located at the south-ro 43 at Jeju, to around 348, Dong-dong, Dong-ro, 348, without obtaining a driver's license for a motor vehicle at around 22:20.
