The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On August 2, 2020, around 11:10 on August 2, 2020, the Defendant: (a) committed assault on the victim’s rear side by using the victim’s back water one time with the rest left part part of the C convenience store located in the 1st hotel in Gwangju-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju-gu, that D’s operation of a stoer abused her own children.

2. Article 260 (1) of the Criminal Act applicable to the facts charged of dismissing the public prosecution: Article 260 (3) of the Criminal Act: A decision dismissing the public prosecution that a written agreement in which the victim prepared and the defendant expressed his/her intention not to punish is submitted to this court after the prosecution of this case: Article 327 subparagraph 6 of the Criminal Procedure Act.
