Punishment of the crime

1. The defendant A is the representative director of the corporation B who carries on the business of manufacturing, processing, and selling ready-mixed in the wife population C at the time of tolerance.

Any person who intends to install emission facilities which are generated in excess of the standards prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Environment with a specific atmosphere shall obtain permission from the Mayor/Do Governor, and shall not conduct business using emission facilities without obtaining permission.

Nevertheless, on March 16, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining the permission of the acceptable market from the above stock company B, used 0.245 pm (0.08 pm) and the drying, mixing, and storage facilities where the hexade, which is a specific air harmful substance, 0.245 pm (the permissible concentration of 0.08 pm) and the heaptadehyde, 0.48 pm (the permissible concentration of 0.01 pm) discharged from a specific air harmful substance.

2. Defendant B, a representative of the Defendant, committed the same offense as described in paragraph (1) in relation to the Defendant’s business at the time and place described in paragraph (1).
