The rehabilitation procedure of this case is abolished.
Reasons
As to the above case, the custodian submitted the revised rehabilitation plan on May 31, 2010 and the revised rehabilitation plan on July 26, 2010 was rejected on July 26, 2010 by an assembly of related persons for resolution of the rehabilitation plan held on July 26, 2010 without obtaining consent meeting requirements for resolution under Article 237 of the Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act, this court is decided as ordered by Article 286(1)2 of the Debtor Rehabilitation and Bankruptcy Act.
