A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around April 25, 2020, the Defendant insultingd the victim E, who is a customer, without any reason, while drinking alcohol at a DNA store operated by the Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and 1st underground floor C, around April 27, 2020. The Defendant publicly insulting the victim by stating that “the victim shall sing the singingle, sing off, sing off, sing off, sing off.”
2. On April 25, 2020, at around 01:27, the Defendant: (a) expressed to E, a customer, at the place indicated in the foregoing paragraph (1) as stated in the foregoing paragraph (1) at the place operated by the Victim C; (b) expressed to the victim that “packs him;” and (c) received time reports on 112 telephone calls, and received the call report and received the call call report, the Defendant avoided the disturbance for about 20 minutes until the police officer arrested him as a flagrant offender.
Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's main business by force.
3. At around 02:00 on April 25, 2020, the Defendant continued to have been urged to avoid a disturbance from G slope belonging to the 112 telephone unit of the Seoul Dongjak Police Station, called upon receiving a report of 112 telephone, and continued to have been urged by E, a customer, to “Isth. Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties of police officers in regard to the handling of 112 reported cases.
