Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On January 29, 2012, at around 01:05, the Defendant reported 112 to the effect that, “Dn's “Dn',” operated by Sungnam-si B, Sungnam-si, the Defendant 112 reported 112 to the effect that, in the preceding day, the Defendant would drink alcohol in the inn and was reported to C, and that, in fact, C did not have arranged to engage in sexual traffic, even though C did not have arranged to engage in sexual traffic.”

As a result, the defendant was arrested for the purpose of having C receive criminal punishment.
