A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who has worked as the chief of the management office at the E-Unclaimed restaurant located in Gangwon-gun D.

After the Defendant came to know of the same restaurant as F, which was negligent in ice at the above refined restaurant at the time, and came to know of the situation that F lent KRW 5 million to H of the victim G (the 80-year old age), around July 2010, F borrowed money to the victim for the F to receive money borrowed by H.
