Punishment of the crime

1. On October 2015, Defendant A sent a telephone to friendly victim B at an off-to-face middle school center located in the Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-gu

“A false statement” was made.

However, in fact, the amount of debt equivalent to the loan of the lending company, etc. without any particular property was accumulated, and the amount exceeding one million won was disbursed every month, and even if the above money was borrowed from the injured party, there was no intention or ability to return it to the injured party with additional loans.

Defendant deceiving the victim as above and had the victim borrow a total of KRW 79 million from the lending company located in three locations, such as Aju Savings Bank, etc., and received a delivery of KRW 74 million out of the above loan around December 16, 2015 to the Defendant Nonghyup Bank account in the name of the Defendant.

2. On February 2017, Defendant B prepared a false complaint with respect to A at a law firm E-office located in Gyeonggi-si, Gyeonggi-do, via a secretary who is unable to identify the name of the said legal entity.

A written complaint is prepared on September 30, 201, “B” in the joint guarantor column of the loan transaction agreement, “F” in the resident registration number column, and “F 316/204 of the Incheon Nam-gu G apartment house” in the address column, and on October 4, 201, in the agreement for loan transaction with Dong-gu, Seoul, Inc. around October 4, 201, written as “B” in the joint guarantor column, “F” and “F 316/204 of the Incheon Nam-gu G apartment house” in the resident registration number column, and around October 4, 201, the written complaint was prepared as “B” in the Dong-gu, Incheon.
